Sweet Potato & Carrot Mash
A delightful blend of tender sweet potatoes and vibrant carrots, harmoniously mashed to create a luscious and comforting side dish.
Defrost at room temperature, then warm in a pan stirring gently. Add a little milk or water if it starts to stick.
Alternatively, tip into an oven dish, top with grated cheese and herbs and bake at 180c for 20-30 minutes
